Description
Srila Sarvabhauma Bhattacharya was perhaps the greatest monistic Vedantic scholar in all of 16th century India. After his extraordinary encounter with Sri Chaitanya, he became convinced that devotion to Sri Krishna is the supreme goal of life. He composed these 100 verses in praise of Sri Chaitanya (who is non-different from Krishna Himself).
In the Sri Chaitanya-Bhagavata, it is written that Sri Chaitanya proclaimed that whoever reads or recites these 100 verses attains devotional service to Him.
English translations of the Sanskrit verses are by Bhumipati dasa.
